      • Orders may be placed by phone, fax, and email 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.
      • Our parts are sold under the promise that they are resold. Any taxes owned are the responsibility of the purchaser.
      • Returns must be pre-arranged.
      • Our prices are based on your payment being received within our terms. It is not fair to our customers that pay within our terms if we allow late payments. Customers with a history of paying late will have their costs automatically increased by 2%.
      • As a service to our customers, AM Products will set up larger shipments to go by truck. We use freight brokers to get the best value for our customers. However, when a truck company changes the class that a shipment is originally set at, this may lead to an additional cost to the customer that we have no control over. When this happens, we will fight for the original amount, but if the truck company will not change the rate, we will have to pass that along to the customer on a separate invoice.
      • All truck shipments must be inspected for loss and/or damage immediately and reported to the truck drivers.
      • All shortages/damage to package shipments must be reported within 2 weeks of receipt. All cartons must be kept for carrier inspections.
